  • The company login name is usually the first two (if available) words of the company name without any spaces between them.

    For example, for a company called Johns Wheelchairs Limited the company logon would usually be johnswheelchairs

    The Approved Person for your company has access to all these details and in the first instance you should contact them.

Forgot company password

  • The Approved Person for your company has access to all these details and in the first instance you should contact them.

    The company password is encrypted and cannot be recovered so if unavailable the Approved Person for your company will need to reset the password.
